We Do It

Email Delivery Security

“Mail that lands. A name nobody can forge.”

What It Is

Two problems share one root cause: your invoices and quotes landing in a customer's spam folder, and someone else sending convincing mail in your name. Both come down to whether receiving mail servers can prove a message really came from you. We design the records that prove it — SPF, DKIM and DMARC — and direct the move to enforcement, then add the transport and brand layers on top: MTA-STS, TLS reporting, and BIMI where your trademark and entity support it. You or your IT team make each DNS change, so we never hold the keys to your domain.

The sequence matters more than the records. Enforcement switched on before you know every legitimate sender is how a business quietly stops delivering its own invoices. So we inventory every system that sends on your behalf first — the CRM, the invoicing tool, the marketing platform, the help desk, the one script on a server nobody remembers — then tighten in stages and read the reports at each step. The cost of getting this wrong is split two ways: mail your customers never see, and mail they trust that you never sent.

Add-on

Lookalike Domain Sweep

We search for domains registered against your name — swapped or look-alike characters, missing or doubled letters, a different ending — and tell you which ones can already send mail, which host a site, and which are still free to buy, ranked so you know what to register first. A parked domain is never reported as available. Priced separately, and it attaches to any of our scans.

Who It’s For

  • Businesses whose invoices, quotes or notifications land in customers' spam
  • Any company whose name has been used in a phishing or payment-fraud attempt
  • Organizations asked about email authentication by a customer, insurer or auditor
  • Teams on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace whose records nobody has reviewed since setup

How We Approach It

  • An inventory of every system that sends mail in your name
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC designed, then moved to enforcement in stages — your team makes each change, we direct it
  • Aggregate and forensic DMARC reports monitored, so a break shows up as a break instead of as silence
  • Transport security: MTA-STS and TLS reporting
  • Subdomain and parked-domain policies, the openings most often left wide
  • BIMI and the certificate path, when the trademark and entity support it
  • A re-check cadence, because every new vendor changes who can send as you

Why Threat Vector Management

We run this on our own domain before we run it on yours: SPF, DKIM and DMARC verified against a full DNS zone export, a published BIMI record, and an automated check that blocks a non-conforming brand logo before it can ever reach a mailbox.
